We were in Sofia for the “Innovative Concepts concerning Future Classroom“ LTT activity.
The first day of our LTT ( 26.09.2022) was a very informative day which helped us to comprehend what is Future Classroom and why is Future Classroom a unique teaching space. We also had an opportunity to visit the town and language classes in 18 Comprehensive School „William Gladstone”– the host organization.
Our agenda was full of extremely productive, collaborative, and enjoyable activities for the second day of Sofia LTT activity (27.09.2022)
We started the day with the workshop: “Social-emotional Learning and Mindfulness at School”.After the workshop, the participants shared their thoughts, ideas, and experiences on this matter. The day finished with the project meeting of the coordinators.
On the third day( 28.09.2022) of Sofia LTT the participants visited Plovdiv. This cultural aspect of our training helped us to know the culture and beauty of Bulgaria. What is more, the visit to the Bishop`s Basilica of Philippopolis Museum was related to the concept of the Future Classroom too. Thanks to the headmaster of 18 Comprehensive School „William Gladstone” and the project coordinator Radina Mladenova we had the occasion to experience unforgettable impressions.
On the fourth day ( 29.09.2022) of Sofia LTT, the participants took part in the workshops titled 360°Education Platform with the idea of collaborative work and lesson escape room plans. The day continued with a discussion about the concept of the Future Classroom, its learning space, equipment, and what a lesson will look like in the Future Classroom. After the workshops, we had the opportunity to see Rila Monastery and climb Stob Pyramids.
The final day (30.09.2022) of the “Innovative Concepts of Future Classroom” LTT activity continued with the topic of interactive games in the Future Classroom. We really enjoyed the interactive scavenger hunt in Sofia’s city center. Thanks to some sample lesson plans and games we could understand better how to create Future Classroom lessons.
Moreover, as it was the last day of the training so all partners received certifications.
